1. Digital Downloads
All digital products (including printable art, coloring pages, and digital files) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Physical Prints and Merchandise
If you purchased a physical item (such as an art print, sticker, or other merchandise) directly from KrimsonVioletStudio.com, please review the following:
A. Returns

- Returned in the original packaging
